By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies. Cancellations Appointments cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be cancelled without an additional cancellation fee. Any booking deposit remains non-refundable. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the estimated appointment cost, charged to the card on file. Failure to provide notice and failure to attend your appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged 50% of the estimated appointment cost. Rescheduling I understand that things happen. You may reschedule your appointment one time with at least 48 hours’ notice without a rescheduling fee. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is subject to the same 20% fee as a late cancellation. After an appointment has already been rescheduled once, additional rescheduling may require a new booking deposit before another date will be reserved. Repeatedly moving an appointment does not extend or restart cancellation deadlines. An appointment that is repeatedly rescheduled and ultimately cancelled may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking at my discretion. Same-Day Changes Requests to substantially change, or postpone the planned tattoo on the day of the appointment may be treated as a late reschedule or cancellation if the change results in a significant impact to your scheduled appointment time. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are late, your appointment may need to be shortened to stay within the time originally reserved. Arriving more than 20 minutes late without prior communication may be considered a no-show if there is no longer enough time to safely and properly complete the planned tattoo. If an appointment must be rescheduled because of a late arrival, applicable late-rescheduling fees may apply. Custom Artwork Custom artwork is created specifically for your appointment and requires substantial time outside of the tattoo appointment itself. If custom artwork has already been created and provided to you and you choose to cancel the tattoo entirely, a fee equal to 30% of the estimated total tattoo cost may be charged to the card on file to compensate for completed design work. This fee applies to cancellations, not legitimate rescheduling of the same tattoo project. Artwork, sketches, concepts, and designs remain the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment of a cancellation or design fee does not transfer ownership or grant permission for the artwork to be tattooed, reproduced, or used by another artist. Illness & Emergencies If you are sick, contagious, experiencing an emergency, or have another circumstance that would make tattooing unsafe or unreasonable, please contact me as soon as possible. True emergencies and exceptional circumstances will be handled individually. Waiving a fee in one circumstance does not waive this policy for future appointments. Artist Cancellations or Rescheduling If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will not be charged a fee and your existing deposit will transfer to your new appointment. If I am unable to complete your appointment and you do not wish to reschedule, any deposit associated with an appointment I cancelled will be refunded. Card on File & Agreement By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and authorize applicable cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, or custom-artwork fees described above to be charged to the payment method on file.
